Yesterday I made myself another flowing A-line skirt, as requested by some of followers. Pictures of first skirt I made can actually be found here. It was actually fun and a lot faster going experience this time because I’m getting better at using a sewing machine. I still did the zipper by hand though. What do you guys think? Not too shabby right?
To see how to make this skirt, watch the video below!
SUPPLIES:
- 1.5 – 2 yards of fabric of your choice (You may need more if you’re making a longer skirt, like a maxi skirt)
- Matching thread
- Sewing needle (or sewing machine)
- Fabric scissors
- Invisible Zipper
- Fabric for lining (if needed)
- Double sided fusible web (optional)
Goodluck!

What a great DIY!!! You make me want to try this out for myself but i can’t sew for the life of me! LOL!
