Fall Lookbook

Hey loves! After weeks of filming and editing, between school, work, and life, I've finally finished my fall lookbook for you guys! I know I usually do a voiceover with these videos but this time I just decided to let the music set the mood and the clothes so the talking. I hope you enjoy! xoxo JN

Nothing But Sand & Sky

Hey loves! My family and I headed to Ocean Shores this weekend for a mini getaway, and little did I know, that Washington had beaches like this!

If any of you Washingtonians haven't been here, I highly recommend it. The town itself might be a little dry, but it's a great place to hang out with your family, dig for clams, learn how to fly a kite, throw a BBQ on the beach, and just relax. Suddenly California doesn't seem so far away! It definitely helps when it's 70F outside.

It was a bit windy though, so luckily I brought along my 3.1 Phillip Lim cardigan. It's a little big because ti's a men's cardigan, but sometimes in the Fall, I just like something comfy you could throw on and go. Plus it was perfectly warm! I can't wait to wear this piece throughout the Winter.

I hope you all are enjoying the last bits of Summer before Fall really hits! xoxo JN

White Lace & Mustard Bags

Hey loves! Yesterday I had the wonderful pleasure of attending the 2013 Downtown Seattle Rocks the Runway fashion show. The event took place in the heart of Pacific Place and it was beautiful!

For the event, I jumped at the opportunity to wear the new 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target bag I got just 3 days ago, when the line launched (you can watch my haul here). Ever since Fall started, I've really been super into black and white (as you can see from my Pinterest), so the bag was the perfect pop of Fall color!

In the event itself though, I occasionally went jacket free, exposing an old lace H&M dress I got months as a Summer piece. It's amazing how you can change the look and feel of a piece just by what you pair with it.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed the look & the read. I apologize if I look a little tired in the photos (these were taken after the event). I'll see you guys again in a few days with the photos from the event. Take care!

3.1 Phillip Lim for Target Haul

Hey loves! Hope everyone's Sunday is going well! As you can see from my last post, today 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target launches in stores, and most of it's items are already sold out online. I personally headed to my local target at 7:00am this morning and was able to pick up 6 wonderful items, without going over my limit of $250! Check out the haul video above!

3.1 Phillip Lim for Target Launches Today!

Good morning and happy September 15th, 2013, everyone! After months of waiting, the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target launch is finally  here! Phillip Lim has been one of my favorite designers for so many years, so when I found out a more affordable version of his designs would be available at Target, I've never been more excited for a "for Target" launch!

Preview women's pieces from his collection below, as well as what I'm hoping to pick up!

A lot of the clothes seem really great, but the bags are to die for! They look like such great quality, I can't wait to seem them in person!

Here are the few pieces I'll be having my eye out for when stores open!

Who knows, maybe I'll get a little extra greedy. ;) If any of you guys are going out to check out the launch, good luck! I hope you get what you're looking for! JN

3.1 Phillip Lim is Coming to Target

Hello loves! I'm am so excited to hear that one of my favorite designers of all time will be doing a collaboration with Target, set to be released this September 15th, 2013.

There has been many designer collaborations in the past with Target and H&M that have been either a hit or a miserable miss (eg. Neiman Marcus). Prabral Gurung was a great one (see my haul here), but I've never been more excited for a Target collab! When I heard the news, I literally felt my heart jump out of my chest in excitement!

The pieces will be ranging from $19.99 to $299.99, with most pieces under $49.99. You can sneak peek the collection in the above video, or listen to Phillip Lim's inspiration below in his interview with Elizabeth Holmes from the Wall Street Journal. xoxo JN
